This Refund Policy explains how Finora Events handles refunds for one-time digital event packages purchased through our website.

1. Digital service purchases

Finora Events sells digital event planning services and event packages. Because access to the platform can begin immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed in light of account usage, service access, and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. When a refund may be granted

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Technical issues that prevent reasonable access to the purchased package and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Other situations where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. When a refund may be refused

  • If the purchased package has already been substantially used.
  • If the event date has passed and the service period has effectively been consumed.
  • If the request relates to features or limitations that were clearly described before purchase.

4. How to request a refund

Send your request to info@finora-ks.com and include the purchase email, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue.

We aim to review refund requests promptly and may ask for additional information if needed.

5. Payment processor

Payments are processed through Paddle as merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
