You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for a one-time Finora Events digital event package purchased through our website.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund window may be declined unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Send your refund request to info@finora-ks.com within 14 days of purchase and include the purchase email address and transaction details so we can identify the order quickly.

We review refund requests promptly and will confirm the outcome by email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Payments are processed through Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle checkout purchases and returned through the original payment method when approved.
