These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Finora Events. By creating an account, purchasing an event package, or using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. What Finora Events provides

Finora Events is a digital event planning platform designed to help customers manage guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, event details, and seating arrangements for weddings and other celebrations.

Our services are delivered online. We do not ship physical goods as part of the standard Finora Events packages shown on the website.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

3. Packages, billing, and payments

Paid plans are sold as one-time event packages unless we explicitly state otherwise on the pricing page.

Payments are processed through Paddle as our merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any payment terms presented during checkout.

Package features and guest limits are described on the pricing page.
Prices may change for future purchases, but changes do not retroactively alter a completed order.
Taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
Do not use Finora Events to send spam, deceptive invitations, or fraudulent communications.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Intellectual property

Finora Events, including the website, application interface, and related branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finora Events is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
